PT. Surya Sarana Dinamika Visits BBPVP Bekasi for Collaboration on Workforce Competency Enhancement
On February 4, 2025, PT. Surya Sarana Dinamika conducted a visit to the Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Bekasi (BBPVP Bekasi). The visit was attended by the President Director of PT. Surya Sarana Dinamika, Mr. Fajar Suryawan, S.E., M.Si., as well as the Coordinator of the Vocational Training Empowerment and Productivity Improvement Division, Mr. Ibnu Wiyoto, S.E. The meeting aimed to establish cooperation in enhancing human resource (HR) competencies in the industrial sector, particularly in facing the challenges of Industry 4.0.
During the meeting, both parties discussed a strategic collaboration plan between PT. Surya Sarana Dinamika and BBPVP Bekasi. This discussion marked the initial step in creating a stronger synergy between the industrial sector and vocational education, ensuring that the workforce produced possesses skills that align with current industry needs. Industry 4.0 has introduced various changes in production and operational systems, making workforce competency enhancement an urgent necessity to improve company competitiveness and employee productivity.
The planned collaboration covers several key aspects, such as industrial internship programs that allow trainees to gain direct experience in the workplace, instructor training aimed at improving the quality of educators, and the implementation of a Job Connector with the manufacturing industry to facilitate vocational training graduates in obtaining jobs suited to their skills. These programs are expected to have a positive impact on creating a workforce that not only has strong technical skills but also a deep understanding of the ever-evolving industry dynamics.
This visit is a testament to PT. Surya Sarana Dinamika's commitment to supporting the development of a superior and highly competitive workforce.
